About this store

PawGlow sells a pet nail grinder. Product images and lifestyle photography on this site are styled illustrative images created for marketing purposes unless otherwise stated, and are not photos of actual customers.

Orders and payment

• All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of order.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, for example in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors — if this happens, you will be fully refunded.

Shipping

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. We aim to dispatch orders promptly, but delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed, as they depend on third-party couriers.

Product use

This product is designed for trimming pet nails at home. As with any grooming tool, please read and follow the included instructions, introduce the device to your pet gradually, and stop use if your pet shows signs of distress. We are not liable for misuse of the product outside its intended purpose.

To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, our liability for any claim relating to a product purchased from us is limited to the purchase price of that product, or a replacement/repair, at our discretion. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
